What do you do to make comments and "advice" of others slide off of you?

Kimberly
I have a 10 month old who doesn't sleep through the night. Most nights, he's up multiple times. This wears on me. I need my sleep. Lately, my little guy has been super fussy, screaming, wanting to be held and then wants down right away, and other things. I've tried everything I can think of and everything I have researched.
Some people have made comments that I should try this or this, some that say things like "well kids were on more of a schedule" or other implications that I need to be better in some way or another.
My thing is, my kid is not their kid and I am not them. What works for one kid is not going to work for another. What works for one mom is not going to work for another.
How do you let comments roll off? What is your self talk? How do you respond?
As a note, I am usually not bothered by comments because people really don't know the details of any situation, but I haven't had good sleep for a while and it's wearing me down.
