Working mamas, questions?

Hiya ladies, I posted yesterday about having to come home from work due to dizzyness. I left again today. 😞 I am 8w 4d, I know it's just a common pregnancy symptom, but how do I deal with it? My supervisor is aware of my pregnancy, but he can't move me without a doctors slip. I work in a factory and basically I pick up 35-55 pound wheels all day, in the heat, 12 hour shift, aluminum dust floating around everywhere. I can't leave this job due to the money I make. I feel like I'm failing this baby by not being able to work. 😞😞 I suppose I'm just wanting tips and support. But thanks to all who read.
