You could also use a Neti-pot a few times a day. It really helps me.

I use Tylenol cold and flu for my sinuses and allergies. It don't seem to work as fast as bynadryl. Which Iv also heard is safe to take, I just don't feel comfortable taking that until Iv had the okay from my dr!
