I'm confused 😩 implantation bleeding?

So me and SO have been badly dancing a lot but not on my ovulation days but 3/4 I have red/browish blood but just light spotting that lasted a day then today 3/18 I have light spotting again could this be implantation bleeding ? AF isn't due until 3/22😕
