Good friend sent a dick pic

I have this guy friend that I've had for quite a while now. It's never been anything more than a friendship. He's never tried anything with me or been flirty at all. But just the other day he was at the gym working out and sent me a picture of his abs but his dick was clearly showing and the caption was, "I'm finally getting my abs back! 😉" but his abs were never gone and they weren't the focus of the picture. I'm not sure what to do or think about that. ???
