I actually "have a system" with my husband. I am prone to yeast infections as well as UTI due to having one in the past that turned into a kidney infection. So, to help and that, muy doctor suggested peeing soon after sex. Usually I will lay in bed for a little bit but my hubby will bring me tp, then I will go potty and I tend to try and lie down after.

I used to always take a nap. My husband and I called PTFO (passed the f**k out) lol
