Advice on iugr

Can anyone give me some advice on what has helped them, or is working so for .. that's if your baby has iugr. My doctor told me that there's nothing that I can do to help baby grow at a faster weight but I feel like there is .. Any advice? All I ever do is think about it and I'm so worried like why can't I have a normal pregnancy!
