Exclusively breastfeeding mamas help!!

Our baby girl is 3 weeks old and eats every hour to two hours so I don't have the chance to pump often. When I do have the opportunity to pump I can only get 1.5oz-2oz (thays both breasts) is anyone else having the same problem? Any tips on building my milk supply?
