How much milk do you pump?

Question

I am exclusively pumping and I yield anywhere from 4 to 6 oz of milk total both boobs per pumping session every 3-4 hours. Just curious how much milk do other mothers pump in a session? I've seen some moms say they pump 6-7 oz per boob every 3-4 hours! That's nuts to me! I wish I could pump that much. 🙁 one girl only pumps 3 times a day and pumps 19oz in a session!!! Like wtf super boobies!! LoL!

You're doing great. I pump anywhere between 2.5oz and 5oz. It's so hard. I get so down when I see so many other ladies pumping double what I do. I'm trying so hard to get my supply up. Doesn't seem to be happening.

You are doing great. I am also exclusively pumping. And I get somewhat between 2.75-4 oz every session n I pump every 2.5-4 hours.

I pump every 4-5 hours and get about 5oz from each boob, 10oz total. If I wait about 6 hours, I get about 6.5 from each side!

While breastfeeding my son exclusively, I was also pumping out anywhere from 12-24oz (per breast) every 2-3hrs. I produced enough to provide for my friends son (her milk never came in and she wanted him to have breast milk). I fed both kids with my supply for 1 1/2 years, neither needed formula....and I still threw out over 100oz. After they were weaned. Every woman is different.

Pump more often even if no milk comes out. The More you pump the more milk your boobs will think it has to make. Google power pumping!

Wish I had a great supply like that. I am also exclusively pumping, but also supplementing due to baby not being satisfied after feelings. I pump every 2-3 hours and yield about 3oz from both breast during one session  😞
