Please don't judge me or criticize me for asking I'm a FTM so I get pretty paranoid easily. My question is am I able to go swimming in a pool or beach I'm 16 weeks.

You should be fine for real. At 16w you shouldn't have any trouble. Just don't get too hot ☀️

yes, my dr said its a good source of exercise, just be careful at the beach with the waves, make sure its not to rough so they don't knock u around lol
