Sibling rivalry

So, I just found out my brother and his wife are pregnant. I married my brother's best friend and we are now expecting our first as well but have not told anyone yet. My brother told us over the phone, he sounded a little worried and it's possible his wife is considered high risk due to some issues she had before becoming pregnant, I don't know that for sure though. I had a really cute Easter announcement planned with little eggs and a note inside for our families. Now I am worried it will look like I am "showing up" their low key announcement. I am also terrified we will have the same gender and fight over names. I have always wanted to name my daughter after my Grandmother and if they take that name (she is 12 weeks to my 9) I might just have a fit.
