Wedding help!!

Say you have a $10,000 budget. Sounds like a lot until you realize how expensive weddings are. You've narrowed down to about 75 people. Your parents say they will give you the 10k - whether you have a nice wedding or drop it all & elope. If you do elope, you could use this money for your honeymoon & put it toward a mortgage and whatever else. But would you regret not having a big celebration with all of your family & friends?? I don't know what to do. Comment with any advice please & thank you!
