According to Glow I am at a 9%risk of pregnancy but what really is the chance? 9%seems low to me but then it says "take extra precautions".

9% is actually pretty high considering that for the rest of the month it is close to 0% and your chance is never above around 30%. Also it you have unprotected sex right now the sperm will still be around when you do ovulate since it survives 5-7 days. AND your ovulation tracker may not be completely accurate, so you may ovulate earlier than predicted which would make your chances even higher.
