Stopped taking fluoxetine symptoms?

I haven't taken my anti depressants (fluoxetine) for about 2 weeks because I keep forgetting but I've been fine without them.
But the other night my boyfriend said I had a nightmare and a panic attack so he had to hold me still in my sleep so I could breath again and I was shouting "I can't take this any more"
Also I've noticed when I see him around girls I start assuming thing ,overthinking and I feel like a phsycho .
Are these symptoms normal? Help?!

You should never just stop taking medication like that. If you want to come off of your medication, you need to speak with your doctor. They can explain to you how your body may react and discuss the risks coming off. They'll also explain to you that you need to slowly wean yourself off of the medication so that you don't send yourself into a spiral. Please speak with your doctor ASAP. It's fine if you want to come off of your medicine, but you need medical advisory to do so safely.

You should probably get back on your medicine, set an alarm or put them out where you won't be able to forget. That's what I have to do with mine
