It's normal to compare yourself to other women but every body is different. She may have a faster metabolism. Just focus on you and your weight loss journey! I'm sure you look great and probably feeling great after losing weight

so my biggest insecurity is my weight and I recently went from 165 lbs to 128 lbs in like 10 months. well i slowed down with my exercise and gained 3 lbs. my sister on the other hand has the exact same body type as me and has never worked out in her life but has lost more weight than i have. is it a bad thing for that to make me upset?i honestly feel crazy
