Prenatal massage?

Has anyone been for a prenatal massage? Did you enjoy it? I'm thinking about going

Yes! I go on the regular and make my therapist go hard! My body feels so amazing after and baby likes it 😄

Yes!! It was the best! I had one a week ago and the pain in my lower back and upper back have disappeared!! I highly recommend !

Yes and I thought it was amazing. They had a special pillow so you could lay on your back, stomach, or side depending on what was comfortable for you. I told them before it started which places were hurting, my swelling in my hands and feet, and other usual pregnancy symptoms. I really felt it was so great and helped so much...even though the decrease in pain is temporary unless you keep going, I felt it was so worth it!

I had one a couple weeks ago and it was just okay. I didn't relax as much as a regular massage because I had to be propped on my side instead of totally relaxing into the table like I would have a normal massage. One side felt better than the other and the other was just tense and never totally relaxed. It was an hour long and I felt like she was rushed to get to the other side after spending an awesome amount of time on the first side.

If it's something you want to do, it's always worth just going to see if it's something you really enjoy. Then, you will know if it's something you want to do again! While I didn't enjoy it 100%, I'd probably go back towards the end of my pregnant just to relax a little bit.

I had one in February and it was amazing. Baby loved it too. I am planning on having another soon because my hips are getting sore again.

Yes it's great!  My massage therapist said its good for your body to stay loose too

It was the best think I've done for myself! The place I went had a special table that had belly support/cut out so I could lay on my tummy. It also had breast indentation for my ladies. So relaxing
