In laws forced to do a job😏😏

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and its my first pregnant after 2 years of marriage, i did job till 9 weeks of pregnany but in those last week my body didn't allow me to do hard job.i worked in a busy salon and my job was 8 hours standing job with continues work.after job the whole night my full body was in pain.so my husband ask me to leave job and take rest at home, by the time am doing my degree course at home aswell. But my mother in law and her sister always forces me to continue my job. Even when my sister in law was pregnant they give her full 9 month rest. But in my case firstly no one want me to birth a baby in my in laws secondly they continuesly forces me to do a job, what should i say to them that they stop giving me tensions 😞😞😞
