Emotional lashouts??

Question

I didn't want my picture taken and I told my brother I wasn't playing and he kept taking my picture.. I ended up stabbing him with a fork no puncturing or anything. But I realize what I did. Any one experience lashouts?

Haha don't stress it's normal!! My partner was trying to wind me up the other night teasing me about something stupid and I sad to stop or I was going to turn off the fan he had just turned on because it was a hot night, so he kept going and next thing I know I was out of bed and had snapped the fan clean in half 😂😂😂 our hormones are going bonkers, next time your brother will know to stop when he's told 😉

I'm not saying this to be rude at all so please don't take it offensively. I would seriously consider talking to your doctor about possible therapy that can help you during your pregnancy. Stabbing someone is pretty serious! I actually did ask for a recommendation on therapists during my first pregnancy to help with anxiety. It could really help you!
