Helping out the sperm

Sit
Normally after me and the SO BD I usually lay in bed for about 10 min sometimes even arch my hips up with a pillow to make sure those bad boys get up in there lol question is is it really necessary ?

I don't think it's completely necessary, they usually get to where they need to be within seconds. But if you orgasm that's your body's natural way of scooping them up and in! Ha

Hey whatever you feel helps, do it!! I'm just sayin, once I started o'ing after we had sex, I got pregnant within the first three months! Maybe coincidence, maybe not, I can't say. But I'm going to say it helped 😜

My dr said to do it for a full hour because that's about how long it takes for sperm to become more fluid. I haven't seen any clinical evidence to support this claim, but after month 8 of ttc, I'm willing to try anything. Unfortunately I was never able to hold my urine for a full hour...so we'll see. :)

But the downside is it really kills a lot of your day. I found out that we don't usually bd when I have an hour or two to kill. haha
