Lose weight while pregnant??
I am overweight, always have been most likely always will carry a few extra pounds. But I'm a healthy person.... BP, Heart Rate, Cholesterol levels are always normal. Now that I'm pregnant I'm terrified of getting gestiational diabetes during my pregnancy. I know how to eat healthy, it's always been a conscious decision not to but I really want to do the best I can for my little bean. Are there any tips for eating healthy on the go (I own 2 business's so I'm always in a rush to go somewhere) and exercises I can do, especially in my first trimester. Any help would be so appreciated!! Xoxo
