Anyone unmarried but still raising kids with a lover?

Marriage has nothing to so with one's ability to parent. I was married for 8 year and my kids father was never around to help because his wants and needs took priority over his family....clubs, bars, his addiction to video games etc....I left him a year and a half ago and have since moved on with my life. I'm now with a wonderful man who helps me raise my boys and makes time for us and takes us out and does things with us....and we are having our first child together (my 3rd his 1st) this Friday. He's an amazing man.....I just wanted to comment on this cuz sometimes I feel like society looks down on unmarried parenting couples. I know single parents who are excellent parents where as I also know married couples with children who are horrible parents. Just my opinion though.

Not married but engaged since 2012. Been with my fiance for 12 years. We have a son who is 2.5 years old and expecting. Both planned pregnancies 😄

I have known my boyfriend for 7 years, and have been together for almost a year and a half. He has 50/50 custody of his daughter, so she lives with us half the time, and we are expecting our first little one together this August :)

Been together 5 years, have a 2 1/2 year old and trying for #2. Marriage is not something we need right now. We are completely in love and happy.
