Haha! Pinterest has recipes to make them. You take water, aloe gel, witch hazel, or a mix of them and put them on a pad and freeze some.  After birth they are suppose to be really soothing.

They are a God send is what they are! I had 30 stitches with my first and what I called "Franken-gina" and it helped keep everything numb and keep the sweeping down!

When I first heard that term I was just as confused and I'd actually used them with my first 😂 my Mil made some for me to use post partum and boy was I grateful. I had a minor tear and had 3 stitches and I was terrified any time I had to use the bathroom but I was pretty numb from the padsicles.  👌
