Lack of movement sent me to the ER this morning.

Sorry if this gets too long. I woke up at 6:30 this morning, got ready and went to work. Started feeling light headed and short of breath and took my pulse which was around 118. Then I realized I hadn't felt the baby move yet that morning which was strange. Went in to get checked out and as soon as they strapped the monitor on me he started moving. My blood pressure was fine and my pulse was back to normal. Then she noticed contractions on the monitor but I didn't feel them. Then I started feeling them but weren't painful. About an hour later they got pretty intense and we're getting pretty painful. She checked my cervix which was at a 1 and I'm still not effaced yet. This was the same as I was at my last week ob appointment. My contractions were about 4-5 minutes apart in the hospital and they sent me home and told me to come back if they got closer together or more intense. That is some tricky ass false labor. Lol and I didn't even go in for contractions!
