Bicornuate Uterus. "Heart Shaped" Help?

Hey ladies :) I value each of you on this site & I need your help! I was told today I have a Bicornuate Uterus, or a "heart shaped uterus". As you may have guessed, I'm pretty worried. I have uploaded a picture of my 6 week 4 day ultrasound. I'm now 12 weeks, but won't have another ultrasound until 20 weeks. To me, my heart shaped uterus doesn't look very severe to what I've compared it with on the Internet. As you may know this may come with complications and let's face it I am scared out of my mind, such as late term miscarriage, low birth weights, and many other complications. My OB says this heart shape only happens in 3% of women in the world so that just made me almost have a panic attack, lol.  Any thoughts???? Is my uterus just slightly heart shaped or severely?? Have you had experience with this or know someone that has? Anything helps!!
