ok i currently have a son who just turned 2 in jan and baby #2 due in july any moms with this age gap tell me what i shoulf prepare for or how hard its going to be ?

I am glad my age gap isn't that close.  My son will be 6.5 when baby #2 is born.

I have a 4 and a 5 year old. There's 16 months between them. The best advice I can give is that routine is key! Good luck xx

I have 4 kids all around 2yrs or under apart. And there will be difficult times but honestly that's parenting. Just take it one day at a time and having a routine even if it's just a basic one helps (going the other way and an extreme down to the minute routine can kill with young kids) congrats by the way 😊

My son just turned 2 in March and I'm due with our next in August :) I think it's a perfect age gap! Not to far but not too close ^.^

My little guy turned two in January as well, due in June with baby #4.
It won't be that hard at all. Your 2,5 year old will be able to do little jobs for you like getting a diaper for your baby and little things like that. Keep him involved and tell him what you're doing. You'll see that it will be quite enjoyable to have a little helper around. 
One tip: make time daily with just him alone. When your baby is sleeping, sit down with him and read a book to him, or play a little game, build a tower with blocks, just something. From always having mommy for himself to having to share with a baby can be challenging for toddlers.
