So nauseous

Up until this point I have not really felt pregnant besides my boobs being sore. I am 8 wks as of today and a couple days ago I started being nauseous all the time. It is so bad in the morning that I start dry heaving when I first wake up. I also feel like i am never hungry which I'm sure doesn't help! I never had this when I was pregnant with my son so I'm not used to it. I have a feeling this is going to be a long pregnancy! Help!!!
