6w6d ultrasound too early?

Question

I have an ultrasound scheduled for 6w6d...I've heard mixed things about seeing heartbeats. Anyone have an external/abdominal ultrasound around then and heard or not heard heartbeat? Wondering if I should cancel and be patient and wait til I'm further her along.

I had an abdominal u/s at 5w6d and again at 6w4d, saw the heartbeat flicker both times.

I had early transvaginal ultrasounds with my daughter at 6 weeks and this baby at 6+1 and saw a heartbeat with both didn't get to hear it until a later appointment

I had mine at 7 weeks and saw a heartbeat but too early to hear.

I had one at 5 weeks and it was too early. Just had one today at 7 weeks and 3 days. Saw the heartbeat and everything looks great.

Mine is at 6 weeks 5 days vaginal not to early for heartbeat

I had a transvaginal with my last pregnancy around then and could see heart beat...actually a bit sooner.  Not sure about abdominal u/s tho

I'm wondering the same thing. I have an ultrasounds at 7 weeks and wondering if I'll see the heart beat.
