Early scan - please help

Hi all. So here is my story. My last period was the 7th of Feb. Friday i found out i was pregnant the test said 1-2 weeks. I had a misscarrage Jult last year. Anyways been having symptoms such as sore boobs, cramps ect. I went for a scan today but they couldnt see anything. The nurse said my womb lining is really thick which is a sign of early pregnancy. The nurse also took a test and it come back positive but the line was faint. I had my bloods taken and have to have them done again on Friday to check my hormone levels. Has this happened to anyone else? Its driving me insane i just dont know what to do. X
