My daughter will be 3 weeks tomorrow. I've been pumping and feeding her with a bottle. Everytime she eats, she spits a lot of it back up. Doctor suggested supplement formula to see if she could hold it down. So, I tried that. It didn't work.

Well, now her doc is recommending putting about a teaspoon of rice cereal in her breast milk to thicken it up a little bit, and hopefully she'll hold it down.

I'm nervous to try this, but as a FTM I am unsure if this would be OK or if any of you have any recommendations for me to try to keep milk down before I result to that?
