Is it sexual harassment if your husband's supervisor, who is 43, I'm 21, tells you he's going to "spank your ass, because you've been a naughty girl." When you were doing nothing to make him think he could talk to you like that, never had an unprofessional relationship with him. If so, how do you go about filing sexual harassment charges.
