How many of you get morning sickness?

Question

I am pregnant with #3 and my first two were boys and I had bad morning sickness with both, but I never threw up, just felt "green" for 2 months 😭

How do you guys deal with non stop nausea? I'm trying to avoid perscription, I love essential oils now (didn't have them while pregnant with #2) need suggestions! 🤗🤗

I was throwing up every day about 4-6 times up until 18 weeks. Diffusing lemon essential oil helped ease the nausea a little bit but other than that nothing helped. I didn't take any medicine either.

Suck on sour candies like lemon drops. I have a second hand store near me called once upon a child and they sell pregnancy pops (suckers) and pregnancy drops (little sour candies). I bought them for my sister and they helped her tremendously.

I had bad nausea until 13 weeks. Not a lot of throwing up, I've never really been one to throw up much.. But the nausea was really severe. I'm having a girl.. What helped was eating toast first thing in the morning.. Carrying a box of crackers... Forcing myself to eat every few hours.. Using Sea Bands and taking some Dramamine. My friend is a dr and she said the prescription nausea pills can cause birth defects so I never wanted to mess with that. Try to stay hydrated even when water sounds gross. Rest when you need to.. It will get better

When I get morning sickness I eat some saltine crackers until it goes away. I was told it helps with nausea. I also drink water and just wait it out.. I rarely ever puke, ive always been that way so I just take it easy until I feel better.
