I stopped in my first trimester because the bitterness was too much. Now I'm back to drinking 1 real cup and maybe another 1-2 decafs a day! I LOVE coffee and was drinking 3-4 cups daily before getting pregnant.

I absolutely hate coffee but I've had to start drinking coffee almost every other day the last month or have massive migraines my doc actually recommended I do this I was shocked but now I may just keep up with it after baby is born lol this is my 3rd I may need all the extra energy I can get

I LOVE coffe but I couldn't drink it until my 3rd trimester... It hurt my stomach even when I got decaf. But then in my 3rd trimester I craved it
