Middle of the night sickness??

Lately I'll be getting up in the middle of the night with unbearable nausea and dizziness, like can barely even breathe but I'll be so tired I'll just lay there and fall back asleep. Only once did I make it to the toilet but I didn't throw up. Still haven't actually thrown up, but has anyone else experienced this? It's like at 1/2 am and I'll feel so sick I'll want to die, but then I just fall back asleep
