Babysitting scam?

I was hired to be a babysitter using care.com

The family is moving from over seas. They're requested for me to take half of the funds they send and use it to pay the realtor. I'm very confused by this request. They have also pushed back the date they are moving in.

I don't know if this is usual or just odd but understandable. Could it possible be a scam. They have sent me an address to.their new home and supposedly sending me keys. I'm just a a little cautious.
