Natural birth question ?

I have 2  kids already a girl that's 2 and a boy that's 1 and I had a vaginal delivery with an epidural for both, they came out perfectly healthy . This is my 3rd pregnancy I'm 26weeks with another girl. This time around I want to try labor without any drugs no epidural, but I want to know is natural birth hard ? What can I do to prepare and ease the pains?

I've never had an epidural, so I couldn't imagine comparing the two. But I've had 5 natural births. The 3 water births I had were the best because the water provides wonderful pain relief.

Being where you are supported and with whom supports your decision is crucial for success.

Its not hard but you feel everything. I felt empowered and very happy that I went natural. If you can, I highly recommend a water birth. The warm water helps so much.

I've had 1 epidural and 3 natural. The pain of the natural are so worth it. Recovery is so much faster and easier. A dula can help you focus, it really does help. I had a midwife who was amazing for my 3 natural and dula as well for the last one. They can put pressure on your back during contractions that really helps.

My first was all natural! But it wasn't planned! LO came fast and I had no time to receive anything. Yes it hurt but I healed faster too! You get in that primal state of mind once the baby has dropped and begins to descend lol. With our second pregnancy I am doing all natural as well and have been reccommend from friends, who have also had natural births, to invest in a prenatal yoga dvd. The yoga will help you control your breathing and makes your mind more aware and connected to your body. They all swear by it, so I'm trying it this time around. Plus, the daily exsercise will help keep the pounds (somewhat) at bay and really help when delivering. Good luck!!

Umm nothing lol... I had epidural with my daughter 6yrs and no mess with my son 4yrs  there's really nothing u can do for the pain for labor and delivery just take it as is comes and try to breath through it

I have a boy and 2 girls. First 2 I had epidural and last one was natural. It hurt like hell but it was so awesome. Soon as the baby is out pain goes away or at least I didn't notice it cuz I had my eyes and hands on my baby. I healed faster and felt better afterwards too. The worst birth I had was my 2nd kid she was Induced and had epidural and it hurt worse than natural. Good luck you got this :-) it's over b4 u kno it!
