Your allowed to have caffeine during pregnancy. Just limit yourself and NO more than 200mcg.

I still have one cup of coffee every once in awhile.

It's not against the rules you can have 200mg of caffeine a day, my doctor actually told me at my first appointment it was ok to have 1-2 cups of coffee a day.

My high risk specialists recommended i drink about 300 MG of caffeine daily for sever migrains (the average OK amount is 200MG) caffine is perfectly safe to drink in moderation, i dont know why some people think you cant touch it at all.....
