For the lest week I've been getting suuuper faint, barely there lines on Internet cheapie pregnancy tests

When it wasn't getting darker I figured I was just seeing things or they were indents. Got a blood test anyway to be sure and it came back negative.

At one day late I started cramping and bleeding. But the cramps were about 4x worse than normal, like I hadn't cramped that bad since I was in labor with my son. And I was only in pain like to the right side of my uterus area. And it was more of a sharp pain where as my usual cramps are more of a dull ache and all over, not just in one spot. I'm also bleeding a lot lighter than normal. Today is day two and while the cramps aren't as bad, they are still just on the right side and I'm still barely bleeding. How long should I wait before getting checked out? It could just be a funky period, but this has never happened before so it raises a red flag for me.

I googled ectopic and it said the warning signs were severe cramps, pain on one side, bleeding, slow raising hcg (which would explain why the tests aren't getting darker)

I just don't know what to do
