Need suggestions

Hello all mommies.. I am sure everyone is doing some or the other work to stay fit and active during pregnancy... I will complete my second trimester this month.. I myself found that I am not doing much exercise or any physical work which will lately help me in my labor., I am not looking for c-section and very much wanted to go for natural birth...
Please suggest some exercise which can help me deliver my baby natural... Video or picture tips will be more helpful...
Only thing I am doing is few times squats... As I heard this excercise is one of the best thing to do to have natural birth..
Suggestions please
