Pressure and heaviness?

Hi everyone!

I'm 7w1d and since a few days ago I've been getting this feeling of pressure in my lower abdomen. It makes my belly feel heavy when it happens. I won't see my midwife until I'm 9 weeks. Wanting to know if I'm alone on this one or if anyone has experienced this before? This is my 2nd pregnancy. Thanks!

7 weeks and get this also.  I have found drinking more water or Gatorade helps as it's just from bloating and normally goes away within an hour after I drink more fluids.

Does it feel like cramping? I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and have light cramps. I had them for the first 11 weeks when pregnant with my now 21 month old daughter.
