Bleeding after using vibrator

Ok so i used my vibrator a few weeks ago and the next day i had bleeding which really freaked me out. I seen the doctor and week of two later and the baby is fine but now im scared to use my vibrator again. Would you guys not use it or try it again? I didnt put it in only on.
