So I'm 6weeks or so and I have twins I keep getting this sharp stabbing pulling pain and kinda feels like period cramps on my right side it stays for a little bit sometimes gose away it's got better but this morning it was really really bad at first I thought it was i was backed up. And I been drinking lots of water
