Girls I keep getting really light headed when I stand up, I'm around 9 weeks pregnant and today I ended up fainting. I've been taking iron & folic acid and making sure I'm eating healthily I'm not sure what could be causing  this, has anyone experienced anything similar during pregnancy and how to I make it stop 😢😢
