Hi everyone I got what I think was a very faint positive yesterday when I took a hpt my period was due today and hasn't come yet. Anyways fast forward to today and I have a terrible headache and I'm afraid to take any medicine in case I might be pregnant. Anyone had anything like this happen before a bfp....I plan on taking another test in the morning to confirm, but what can I take that would be safe?!
