Feeling sore in uterus?

My family insisted that I hunt Easter eggs today and no one knows I'm pregnant yet so I went with it but now I'm kinda hurting down in my lower stomach/uterus area and feel sore. And now anytime I bend over it hurts a little. I'm 7 weeks. Should I be worried? I have a doctors appt tomorrow, should I just ask him?

Forgot to say, yes always mention any concerns big or small to your Doctor.  The more they know, the better care they can provide to you and put your mind at ease. ☺️

Well it could be all those ligaments that are stretching, when I do a lot of activities I get a little pain but nothing horrible. Just resting helps it. But if you are concerned and the pain is unbearable or not normal to you then I would ask your dr about it.

I wouldn't say so. I'm 16w now and have been having similar feelings since about 6-7 weeks. I would say it's your body starting to stretch to accomodate the little bean inside you. 💕 
They will come and go, and change in intensity.  I overdid it lifting grocery shopping recently and was sore that afternoon, but all good now.
