Rash? Anyone know what this is?

I'm 23 weeks today and for the last two weeks I keep getting this on again off again itchy bumpy rash thing on my cheeks.  It's beyond irritating and it's making my skin so dry!  I told my doctor about it at our last appointment and she had no advice on how to deal.  Anyone ever have this?

It's on both cheeks and it's not the laundry detergent because I use free and clear.

is it on the side that you're sleeping on? (does that cheek lay against your pillow most of the night?
if so, have you changed your laundry powder recently? a flatmate of mine had something similar which was a reaction to change of laundry detergent and washing her pillow case with it....
