So sad

Today is day 2 of my miscarriage. I don't even know whether it's a miscarriage or a chemical pregnancy. I was 6w 2d when it happened and I normally have a 37 day cycle. What would you say? I hate seeing the blood everytime I pee but it says you can't use tampons due to risk of TSS or infection. It's heartbreaking. We had just told my mum two days before. Just feel so empty now and stupid. 😢
