Confused???!!!

I am scheduled to start IVF at the wnd of April. This is all depending on when I can do my prerequired blood work. I was waiting for my period to start so I can the blood work day2-3. It is almost 2 weeks later and no sign of my period. Yesterday j had a small spot and then it stopped. I am frustrated on so many levels bc without this bloodwork we cannot start IVF. Also,my periods are always normal no issues and now this is happening. I have mikd cramps in my right ovary but during sonogram no cysts or issues showed. I have never ever experienced anything like this. Could it be a chemical pregnancy? Or am I just losing my mind? Also took 2 pregnancy tests and 1 said negative and the other said negative but there was a very faint second line. i am confused and sad and just overwhelmed.

Any advice???
