At 25 weeks i did my 3D, the girl told me that  i had an anterior placenta and we seen our baby girl sucking on her placenta and umbilical cord, is this normal, i didnt know such thing was possible? * First time being pregnant *

When I got my ultrasound at 20 weeks the ultrasound tech told me I had anterior placenta too...it just means you might not feel that much movement from the baby until later on :)

Which part are you asking if it's normal? A lot of people have an anterior placenta, it's not a bad thing it just usually limits the amount of movement you'll feel. And them sucking on stuff is normal. I wouldn't be worried.
