Surrogacy ?

What do you girls think of this ?
I looked into it last year before even getting pregnant with my son I was watching a movie about a surrogate mother and just got the idea of helping someone who has trouble getting pregnant themselves but I'm not too sure what to expect or how it works. 
It's not all about the $ but fufilling that one family's dream. 
Can I get some opinions ?

I think it can a rough situation now and days you hear about people who decide to be a surrogate and not want to give the child to their parents or the parents wanting the surrogate to abort a baby because of gender or possible medical issues. I think you have to really think about those kinds of things before deciding to do such a thing. I have considered doing this but only for my sister who was told she wouldn't be able to carry a baby to full term. Now she is pregnant with a beautiful baby girl we are less than a month apart.
