Possibly pregnant or stomach virus

I was currently on the depo shot. I have not taken my next shot it was due 2 days ago. I feel as if I have conceived while on the shot. I gotten my period 2 weeks ago now I'm spotting pink and brown discharge. I had morning sickness, back pains, and abdominal pain, waking up early but getting exhausted during the evening. I'm curious if this is early pregnancy signs or a stomach virus
